Harvest Moon Tales of Two Towns ~Laney~

Howdy!

This was my entry for the Natsume fanart contest for their most recent Harvest Moon game: Harvest Moon: Tale of Two Towns.

While I didn't expect to win anything, I placed in the top percentile and got an adorable plush cat and original art postcard signed by Igusa Matsuyama, the artist for the series. Very nice indeed.

It's worth mentioning that while I don't usually do full-blown anime-styled art, it was fun to do! I think the coloring maintains my personality to it.

I still need to beat the game, but it just doesn't get much better than Laney. Mmm pies! And a sweet personality to go with that!

I haven't updated in forever, and I'm sorry for that. I'm essentially going to be going back to basics on that, and things have been a bit up in the air! We just took in a black lab someone abandoned, and he's a year old. Meaning... uhmmmm. Yeah. He's energetic. Very much so! And, well, he's still being crate trained since it's obvious his past owners who dumped him in a parking lot never took time to do that for him. His name is Rosco(I named him, woo), and while he's a bit immature now, I think he will grow into a great companion!
